– Very High Season: from 08/08/2026 to 22/08/2026

Guests who bring pets will be charged an additional amount of € 20.00 for final cleaning.
A pro tempore TOURIST TAX, established by the Municipality of Massa Marittima, will be added to the prices indicated above.
For one night stays, there will be a surcharge of 30% on daily price.
CONDITIONS
The prices include: bath towels and bed linen with a weekly change, utilities (water, gas, electricity), kitchen equipment and final cleaning.
Guests who bring pets will be charged an additional amount of € 20.00 for final cleaning.
30% of the payment must be made at the time of booking, as a confirmation deposit. The balance must be paid upon arrival of the customer at the agritourism farm.
